Face-to-face or in webinar with Remko Kenter: Action Volley - volleyball through the children eyes
The children influence the training. The program has three pillars
- Pillar: topics development by the children such as fun, cool and the smash
- Pillar: the forms of play that suit today's child
- Pillar: contemporary training principles
The complete program is based on broad motor development (multi-sided movement)
Through Action Volley your youth department can grow. There are examples of 400% growth.
The workshop has two parts:
- Theoretical part: the program is explained with the help of videos.
- Practical part: With a lot of examples, trainers will be inspired to look at volleyball through the eyes of children, to offer everyday exercises and to combine volleyball with multi-sided movement.

You have the choice: either to be there live in the hall in Hürth near Cologne on September 11th and to take part or to follow the whole thing live from the comfort of your own home. For this we broadcast the event with up to 4 cameras.

If you book the training ticket, you will receive a certificate of attendance from us if you attend the live lecture from 50%. This is currently recognized in Germany in Bavaria*, Berlin**, Hamburg, Hesse*** (individual case review), Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, NWVV, North Rhine-Westphalia****, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland, Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein and Thuringia. Also the NEVOBO is going to recognize this event.

A little theory with a lot of practice
As a trainer you get a lot of practice live in the hall or via live streaming directly to your home.
Up to 400% growth in youth department
With the Action Volley concept, clubs have already seen growth of up to 400% in youth teams.
Recording
The training will be recorded exclusively for the participants with up to 4 cameras in the hall, you will get access to the recording in the VolleyballFREAK portal 1-2 days later. There you can access them for at least 1 year.

In the first small part of the event, Remko Kenter explains the principles behind Action Volley and provides initial ideas for your training.

Here you have time to exchange ideas with the speaker and the other participants live in the hall and to strengthen the catering for the 2nd part.

Now it goes to the net. Together with a small training group, there is a lot of practical input, which the participants are welcome to take part in.

On which platform does the training take place? We use the Zoom software for the training. Afterwards you have access to the recording in the VolleyballFREAK portal.
Does Remko Kenter's training count towards my coaching licence? You should contact your national association directly and find out. Unfortunately, we cannot give a guarantee.
In any case, you must have attended at least 50% of the online training live.
So far, the following regional associations recognise the training:
Hamburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, NWVV, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland, Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein, Thuringia.
*The Bavarian state association also recognises the training. However, a total of 10 UEs must be completed via the VolleyballFREAK further education programme. The recognition then takes place against a service fee at the association.
**The teaching department of the Volleyball Association Berlin recognises this and other current VolleyballFREAK further education offers according to the duration in units for the extension of the coaching licence.
*** The Hessian Volleyball Association does not give general recognition. For each online seminar an individual case check takes place if someone from the HVV area wants to do one.
The Hessian Volleyball Association checks individually whether the further training is recognised.
**** As far as we know, the West German Volleyball Association recognises this further training for a fee of 9€ per unit.
Can players also participate in the online training or is it only intended for coaches? Of course, the contents are also interesting for players.
